Big Changes at BSB!

August 2, 2018

You may have noticed by now that there are lots of changes going on at Bitte Schon Brauhaus. Firstly, we have launched Huron Street Hefeweizen in the LCBO just this week. That’s right! Now all across Ontario people will be enjoying our delicious hefeweizen and the label homage to downtown New Hamburg designed by Jon Johnson.

But that’s not all. Bitte Schon Brauhaus is one of the tiniest, if not THE tiniest craft brewery in Ontario. As such we’ve worked hard to create a great atmosphere whereby people can come in and see the equipment, see the beer being brewed, be a part of our tiny beer factory.  With an ever-changing Ontario craft industry and market, we’ve made large and small changes to our original business plan. All businesses are ever evolving, changing and growing, remember when KFC used to be Kentucky Fried Chicken??

It’s with this in mind that we’ve made the decision to join the ranks of the small Ontario Craft Breweries who focus on creating quality craft beer throughout the week and sell that beer on the weekends only.

We will still be your craft beer road trip, rural destination for all of you beer lovers looking to get out to Wilmot Township and every other township in Ontario in search of the best. We will just be doing it on weekends only.

This coming long weekend, Civic Holiday, we will be open Friday August 3rd and Saturday August 4th. After August 4th we will only be open on Saturdays from 11:30 am-6:30 pm. We will be partnering with local charities and businesses to make each Saturday fun, interesting and your trip worthwhile. Watch our social media for each week’s offerings.

Huron Street Hefeweizen will continue to be available in the LCBO and our beers will still be available at licensees.

We shall see you on Saturday! (well and tomorrow of course, I just said we will be open).
